License Overview
I want to sell End Products with your designs, are there special requirements?
This question will have to be answered in detail, I know how difficult it can be to understand all aspects of licenses, so I have collected for you all the information that will allow you not to violate copyright and support me as an artist.For your convenience, I have made two types of licenses for PNG designs and two types of licenses for seamless pattern designs.
Let's look at it in order.
PNG Designs
✔️ You can use the design for commercial or personal use
✔️ You can create any production up to 500 copies
✔️ You can make and sell: t-shirts, mugs, posters, bookmarks, stickers and more
EXTENDED COMMERCIAL LICENSE
✔️ You can use the design for commercial or personal use
✔️ You can create any production up to 2000 copies
✔️ You can make and sell Printed Transfer, like sublimation, screen print, HTV, etc.
✔️ You can make and sell: t-shirts, mugs, posters, bookmarks, stickers and more.
Please note:
You are not allowed to recreate the seamless pattern with my PNG illustrations You are not allowed to resell my PNG illustrations as digital downloads You are not allowed to upload my designs to any Print on Demand websites (Red Bubble, Society 6, Casetify, Threadless, Teepublic, Spoonflower) You are not allowed to share files with others My PNG designs CANNOT be resold as Digital Papers or Seamless Files You cannot say that you are the author of these designs.Seamless Pattern Designs
EXCLUSIVE COLORWAY
✔️ The design is purposed for fabric prints only.
If you wish to print on another item (like wrapping paper for example) please contact me to purchase a separate licence.
✔️ Each colorway will only be sold once to one buyer.
✔️ You can use the design commercial or personal use
✔️ You can print up to 500 meters per colourway. If you need print bigger amount of meters - please contact me
NON-EXCLUSIVE COLORWAY
✔️ The design is purposed for greeting cards, gift tags, wrapping paper, decorations, invitations or print on fabric and sew clothes.
✔️ The design can be used up to 500 copies (total for all production!)
SEAMLESS STORY DESIGNS
✔️ The design is purposed for fabric prints only.
If you wish to print on another item (like wrapping paper for example) please contact me to purchase a separate licence.
✔️ Since this type of design cannot be offered in different color variations, then the design will be sold by me 10 times to 10 different people/businesses
✔️ You can print up to 300 meters with any seamless story design. If you need print bigger amount of meters - please contact me!
CUSTOM SEAMLESS DESIGN
✔️ The design is fully exclusive for 1 person only
✔️ Please note that you still own the license to use the design, but the rights remain with me as the designer.
CONDITIONS
- By purchasing any designs you agree to the Terms & Conditions
- You can’t modify the original file. But if you need to make adjustments to the design - email me after payment. Only minor details can be edited. For example, change the color of the flowers.
- Purchasing means you own the license to use the design file, not the properties
- You can’t sell, sublicense or give the files to any other person
- Purchased designs are non-refundable
- All designs, elements and illustrations are owned by LemonkaStore and therefore copyright protected
- I reserve the right to re-use design elements in any new patterns. Each design will retain its originality.
- I have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. But I cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- I reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that I offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice.
- I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
